Unbeatable location, attentive staff, large bedrooms. Perfect place to stay right by Crowne Plaza as well as convenience stores. Btw, located near the park. Nice sleep on the very comfy bed. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator for cooking.

The rooms were super clean and had a fresh, new feel to them. They were spacious and surprisingly bright, even the ones in the basement. The location was great, easy to find with a nearby car park, and it was so convenient for visiting Hampton Court. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

If there was one thing that could be improved, it would be the breakfast choices.
